The American Red Cross - Key Chapter offers a wide range of programs
and services to the people of Clarke, Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Neshoba,
Newton and Scott Counties.
Armed Forces Emergency Services
The American Red Cross sends communications on behalf of family
members who are facing emergencies or other important events to
members of the United States Armed Forces serving all over the world.
This service is provided 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Both active duty and community-based military can count on the Red
Cross to provide emergency communications that link them with their
families back home, access to financial assistance, counseling and

Disaster Services
Red Cross disaster relief focuses on meeting people's immediate disaster emergency needs. The Red Cross provides vital aid to individuals, families
and entire communities. When we respond to a disaster, our core relief
services include providing shelter, feeding and mental health counseling, essentials such as clothing, clean up supplies and financial assistance

Health and Safety
The American Red Cross prepares people to save lives through health
and safety education and training. We offer CPR, First Aid, water safety,
and baby
sitting courses to volunteers and citizens in the community.
The Red Cross
constantly strives to respond to the health and safety

Community Services
The American Red Cross works closely with the network of other
non-profits in the community to ensure that services are being delivered
to the elderly, handicapped and those in need. Programs offered by
Community Services include home delivered meals, food pantries,
rides to medical appointments, shelter for the homeless, transitional
housing, caregiver education and support services, friendly visitor,
hospital and nursing home volunteers, fuel assistance and many
more.
Volunteer Services
The services provided by the American Red Cross are made possible
by people like you who take time to learn how good it feels to lend a
helping hand.

Youth Programs
The goal of the American Red Cross is to provide young people with
meaningful opportunities for education, training, and volunteer/community
service so that they can remain a part of the Red Cross family
throughout their lives.
Young people are trained to become involved in many areas of the
Red Cross services. Opportunities that are related to school and
college internships as well as openings in Leadership Development
and community services are also available. For more information about

International Services
The American Red Cross works with the global network of Red Cross,
Red Crescent
and related societies to restore hope and dignity to people
around the world.

the American Red Cross partners with other organizations in the effective
relief of human suffering and empowerment of people with the skills
