Return Policy

Returns of unused and/or exchanges of defective products and kits may be made to the Key Chapter Store by calling (601) 485-5151. Returns must be within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns should be sent by a trackable method to:

Credit will be given for products returned in perfect condition. For exchanges of damaged products or kits, a replacement product will be sent out immediately.
